  • In this episode, we have Joe Flynn. Joe is an Assistant Golf Professional at Union League Golf Club, and has just graduated from The Pennsylvania State University, with a degree in Professional Golf Management (PGM).

    We talk about how Joe ended up in PGM, and how he worked his way towards becoming an Assistant Golf Professional, as he reaches the conclusion of his college career. We also talk about how he is now in a professional role, instead of an intern role before, and how he is adapting to the added responsibilities that comes with this transition, with him also becoming a mentor for his juniors as well.

    This episode is packed with fresh perspectives of a fresh college graduate, and it is one that has many interesting food for thoughts that we may have taken for granted before.
