Rare view from the chef's perspective

This podcast series was so interesting and engaging. I loved hearing from the chef's perspective on the ins and outs of running and building a restaurant from the individuals themselves and others involved. The authenticity of the stories and experiences were a gift to hear. Such a unique listening experience. Can't wait for additional episodes in the future!

Great episode!

Thank you for shining a light on a chef that maybe doesn’t get as much m recognition as he should. Loved hearing the story of his humble (and scrappy!) beginnings in his own words.

Awesome

This entire series was very intriguing. I made reservations to eat at Dooky Chase this week and I can’t wait to visit DC so I can eat at Ben”s Chili Bowl. I loved the stories because it made me feel connected to each restauranteur.
