Love love it!

Wonderful deep dives! It’s great to pick up on things I hadn’t noticed when reading the ACOTAR series—OR things I did notice and now get to enjoy hearing Nicole & Lexi’s thoughts on it. At first, I saw two hours each episode, and I thought I wouldn’t stick with it! It’s set up so well though—great segments, funny, detailed, and I’m learning so much! I look forward to this podcast almost as much as I looked forward to reading the next pages of the ACOTAR books! Great summaries! Fabulous commentary! Can’t wait to read the other books Fantasy Fangirls have podcasts for, just so I can listen to more!

Best overall Fantasy/Romantasy Podcast

Found on Facebook and was hooked. As someone who has read the series that are covered in this podcast multiple times, *5x plus*, the level of knowledge and depth of deep dive is definitely on the level you want in a fantasy podcast. The details in the stories mentioned are things I’ve noticed, and often things I’ve missed, that help me go deeper into the story. As a recovering non reader, this podcast has been a godsend.

Love ALL the things FanGirls

I am really trying to get into podcasts/listening to audio books. I have ADHD and can not pay attention to anything without words. BUT, I loove listening and laughing along with these two girlies! I am excited to have found this podcat and hope it keeps be busy until November!

I absolutely love it

I enjoy this podcast so much. the content, the thoughts, everything. The only complaint I have is that it seems that it's not very loud and it's hard to hear on my headphones. If I'm in my car i can turn it up louder so we're all good there. Keep it up thanks for all the work you do.

Balanced opinions and fantastic banter!

Nicole and Lexie make this podcast so fun! I love that Nicole is the hopeless, romantic and Lexie is the fact-based fantasy reader. I also love that they reference Harry Potter so much as the basis for how they frame characters, morals and values, characteristics and actions. Example: Lilith is Snape character... Dain is a Hufflepuff not a Slytherin... etc. Fits right in with a lot of this genre's biggest demographic's knowledge base. I love the balance of light and serious too... empirical evidence in the "Archives" sections and flat out giddy foot kicking in the "Favorite Moments" sections and who can forget blatant vendettas against shitty characters! so. Much. Fun!
