We talk about how we always believed that if we had unconditional permission to eat all foods that we would eat ALL the food ALL the time. Turns out this is how diet culture has conditioned us to believe that we can't trust our bodies. Interestingly, when you're allowed eat whatever you want, the pull towards previously forbidden foods dissipates.
