Tandy Virdee – Entrepreneur, Digital & Social Media Consultant , Creative Director & Mentor
With over 34 years of experience in branding, design, and marketing, Tandy Virdee began his career as a designer and worked his way up to Creative Director before founding and leading his own design agency. For the past 18 years, he has worked as a consultant, specialising in digital, influencer, and social media marketing. Tandy has collaborated with some of the world’s leading Advertising and Design agencies and global brands, including Nokia, Google, Microsoft, Kellogg’s, Unilever, American Express, Benefit Cosmetics, Diageo, KIA, Barclaycard, Estée Lauder, Tommy Hilfiger, Currys PC World, Wella, Adidas, Bayer, E.ON, Slaughter and May, AMEX, Haven, and many more. His work has earned him over 20 industry awards, and he continues to give back by mentoring young entrepreneurs through Virgin StartUp.

Beyond advertising, Tandy has made significant contributions to the Punjabi music industry for over 30 years. He designed iconic album covers and collaborated with legendary music pioneer Kuljit Bhamra MBE on numerous projects —including albums for the late Sangeeta, the first female artist to break through in a male-dominated industry, the soundtrack for Gurinder Chadha's Bhaji on the Beach and more more. He is also part of the Zara Aleena Campaign, advocating to end violence against women and girls, a family friend of over 25 years who was brutally murdered over two years ago.

Tandy co-founded Rocketsonic with his twin sons, Deivan and Rylan, turning a home schooling project during COVID into an award-winning fashion brand. Their remarkable journey inspired the launch of New Young Blood, a trailblazing platform dedicated to spotlighting and supporting the next generation of Young British Asian talent.
They also pioneered the first-ever Instagram LIVE ROLE MODEL series, where young talents interview and celebrate inspirational figures from the British Asian community. Featured guests have included Manisha Tailor MBE, Shezad Nawab MBE, Apache Indian (BEM), and many more.
In addition, they introduced the Instagram LIVE TALENT SPOTLIGHT series, which highlights emerging young talent across all disciplines like Acting, Sports, Music, Entrepreneurs and Arts.

Amit and Jaspreet Kalley are the husband and wife co-Founders of Mixala, a new and unique chai that is blended with adventurous flavours. With their British, Indian and Tanzanian background, they are using their global heritage to disrupt the chai market.

Whilst running Mixala together, they are also parents to three young children, including their daughter who was born with three holes in her heart. Together, they share their story about managing the chaos of children with growing a business. Amit is a former Deputy Headteacher who quit in 2022 to setup his own business, For Working Parents, which supports parents in navigating 21st century parenting challenges, such as screentime, and supports organisations in being more inclusive for parents and carers.

He also shares his story of losing his mother to ovarian cancer and being diagnosed with ADHD as an adult. Jaspreet is a Chartered Accountant, raised in Arusha, Tanzania.
