[00:18:46] I don't know that I stayed calm in that storm, but how did I stay afloat in that storm? I think…just tackling the problems that I could tackle and not allowing myself to get overwhelmed by the things that were out of my control.

[00:24:23] I know it’s a balance because you can't just be like YOLO and not prepare for a future. But I think finding that way to be joyful on the smaller segments, not just the ten minutes at the top of the mountain, are so important for life.

[00:31:24] For so long, I was so focused on growing and getting somewhere else than where we were. But it feels really nice to just take a deep breath and enjoy where we've gotten to.
