  • The beauty of a morning routine- with Amanda Shannon
    Apr 12 2023

    Hey everyone!!!!

How are you all doing? So today I am doing my own reflection on this episode. Believe it or not the requests for me to speak is really something I didn't expect.

So what is coming up for me has been my personal journey about trying to create and maintain a morning routine. This episode I touch on habits that were created in the past and how that disconnected me from my body's call in the mornings to start the day right. I also speak on my thoughts in the impact this has on our body stress, cortisol and also some ideas we can use to build a better pathway to starting our day right.

I have a Q&A below where I would love to hear your suggestions for guests or topics. I will link the song in the intro below if you wish to listen it is my single 'We'll get used to it"

    Have a blessed day

    xx
