For others, this person is a jealous workmate, neighbor, or person who has become obsessed with your downfall since their treachery towards you in the past did not kill you, but instead has made you wiser and stronger.

And why is this? Because there is just something about you, my dear collective that causes you to shine like the brightest star in the galaxy and this person can not stand it! So, whatever they have been doing against you may have worked in the past. But it is no longer working now. So this person can be mad all they want because who gives a damn? Certainly not you! lol!
