Troy started out in college housing, and he explained to us how we went from owning around 60+ college houses to divesting from most of them and transitioning into something easier to manage.

    In the future, Troy has his eyes set on apartment complexes & continually flipping houses. Once the interest rate environment cools down it will make it much more competitive to make offers on bigger deals.

    Today, Troy owns Storage Units and Single-Family Rentals, Flips 12+ houses a Year, and has reached the pinnacle of success most people wish to have in real estate.
