This is the story of that founding and how the Hadassah Youth Aliyot helped my father, Z'l, and 100 other Berlin teenagers escape Nazi Berlin only a couple of months after the Nuremberg Laws were passed in German in 1935. This is the fascinating story of Youth Aliyot, along with my father's escape on the Youth Aliyot 1935 transport from Berlin to Haifa, Palestine.
