    Facing Adversity. Sip served in the HM Forces for 34 years completing numerous operational tours and expeditions. He enlisted as a Junior Marine and left as a Late Entry Officer Commanding within a major Royal Logistic Corps regiment. For over 20 years he has supported seriously wounded service personnel through initiatives like BattleBack, H4H Paraclimbing Team and numerous solo endurance charity events. He is now the first ever Combat Stress County Rep in Lancashire with over 300,000 veterans within his region. Sip was diagnosed as a type 1 diabetic in 1995 and underwent a life changing ileostomy in 2019. Despite suffering mental and physical injuries he continues to push boundaries such as the BattleBack1000, Enduro7 and most recently Enduro214 all in the name of raising awareness of mental health and the work carried out by Combat Stress. In 2025 he will attempt the Enduro3 (a world first) and in 2026 the Enduro282. He will not rest until the entire country is aware of Combat Stress and the thousands of service personnel suffering in silence.
