Sandra Joyce Nakibuuka is a dynamic public health specialist with over 8 years of experience in health programming, systems strengthening, and community development. She has worked extensively with both national and international organisations, providing technical leadership in areas such as maternal and child health, nutrition, sexual and reproductive health, malaria, HIV care, and integrated community case management.
Beyond her public health work, Sandra is a passionate social entrepreneur and founder of multiple impact-driven initiatives. She is the Founder and Executive Director of Kuelimika Kwa Africa, a mentorship platform empowering young Africans to lead, innovate, and thrive. She also leads the Barukhshem Foundation, which supports orphans, women, and girls from underserved communities, and runs African Authentics, a social enterprise promoting handmade crafts by women from low socio-economic backgrounds. In addition, she is the country representative for Give to Africa Organisation and founder of Sanakoy Consultancy, a project management firm.
Sandra is also the founder and club president of Suits and Suits, a mentorship network inspiring professionalism and excellence among youth. She holds a Master of Science in Public Health, a Postgraduate Diploma in Project Planning and Management, and a Professional Practice Certificate in Child Protection. Her work is rooted in her deep commitment to achieving the Sustainable Development Goals and creating inclusive, resilient African communities.
