This is going to need a few listens

I really enjoyed the melodic voices telling us a story between a grandmother and her grandson. Fortunately or unfortunately I'm going to need a few listens to really understand the story because I believe I was asleep around the halfway mark. Since sleep was the goal I'm trying not to feel too bad.

Create nostalgic sweet dreams

Grandma Hattie, her fathfull kitty and sweet home, is an amalgamation of beloved departed relatives for many USAmerican Baby Boomers.

The times I spent puttering about in my grandmother's kitchen and aunt's farm house - complete with its mudroom lined with homemade canned goods - inspired my life-long love for home making and simple pleasures.

I hope we will have many more visits to Grandma Hattie's kitchen with Davey and Buster!
