In this episode we learn more about the aforestation campaigns in Sharjah. We begin our journey by visiting Al Munthather reserve.

Al Muntather Reserve, is distinguished by its desert nature, and the abundance of trees, pastures and wild plants in it. The reserve is located on Sharjah Maleiha Road, and covers an area of 9 square kilometres. It is home to over one and a quarter million Al Ghaf and Sedr trees and is considered an integrated reserve with its trees and wild plants.

We step into the wild in this episode as Abdul Karim explores the next zones and areas of Sharjah Safari. We head onto the group bus departure terminals and hop on the captivating safari experience.

We first visit Sahel, which is represented by deserts, pastures and diverse wildlife. It extends in Africa from the Atlantic coast of Mauritania in the west to Eritrea and the Red Sea in the east, and is a transitional area rich in wildlife between the Sahara Desert in the north and the Savannah to the south.

The third region, the Savannah, extends in eastern and southern Africa from the coast in the north to the Kalahari in the southwest. This African tropical grassland covers half the area of the African continent and is home to the largest concentration of biodiversity on Earth.
