loved every second of it!

every story is so intriguing! very informative. I love yhe narrators voice, her voice makes me want to listen to more, it's informative gossip! I love all the history and how she sets the mood for every story, makes me feel as if I were standing next to these women as their stories are told, Jenna Rose transports me to the time period of which she is narrating and I love it!

Great idea!

I love the idea behind this series, and it's impeccably researched. Gennarose is at her best when she's in her informal, gossipy mode. Some of the narration borders on irritatingly snooty, but I'm chalking that up to figuring out what style works for her, and I'm sure it will even out over time.
