My name is Andrea, I am the Creator and Founder of The Connection Compass FrameworkTM. I am also a Yoga Teacher, Coach, Podcaster and Writer, with a passion for creating cultures of care and connection.

I have also previously been a Nurse for over two decades working within the fields of Infectious Diseases, Public Health and Quality improvement where I received two awards, Leading Service Improvement and Customer Focus. I have also worked in Clinical Governance too.

I enjoy thinking, seeing and doing things differently, thinking outside of the box and finding creative solutions. One of my main strengths is having an idea and then taking it to its highest potential. I love supporting others to explore the road less travelled, explore opportunities and capabilities perhaps what they were not aware of, recognising that each and every individual has a unique set of skills to bring out into the world.
