  • Let's Keep Steppin' with Senator Nina Turner
    Aug 4 2022

In this last episode of the season, Senator Turner reflects. She inspires us to focus on life as a journey, not a destination. Speaking from the heart, SNT stays true-to-form and gets deep in her inspirational quotes to demonstrate the message that life is not a straight line; it is bumpy as hell, but we’ve GOTS to keep on keepin’ on. #HELLOSomebody

Senator Turner highlights civil-rights trailblazer Ella Baker (1903-1986). SNT plants revolutionary seeds in us today as Ella Baker did to millions of others decades ago. One main thought? The time for radical change has always been now. #HelloSomebody

  • Let's Embrace Loss and Healing with Marisa Renee Lee
    Jul 21 2022

Author, Marisa Renee Lee speaks with Senator Turner about healing, love and loss during a grieving experience. Marisa talks about grief, healing oneself and confirming that it's ok to maintain a spiritual relationship with a loved one that you've lost - that is a form of healing. While in the process of redefining her personal grief process, Marisa wrote a book called Grief is Love (April 2022). Grief is Love gives us the most uplifting and personal story of Marisa’s journey. As we read through her experiences she hopes to help others who are navigating through loss and healing.
