    This is my last solo cast in my LA home studio. I’m sitting here surrounded by boxes, bags, and so many memories—taking time to reflect on my inner world. Because in this season of my life, I’m not running from anything. I’m simply listening to Spirit whisper: there’s more, it’s time. I’ve lived in LA on and off for the past seven years. My friends are here. My life is here. But now, it’s time to enter a new chapter—a chapter of expansion, love, sacred sites, and mysteries. Before I had this platform, this podcast, and all of you, I wasn’t on a spiritual path. I didn’t grow up thinking about spirituality or even seeking it. My only desire at the time was to bring my period back, heal my body, and stop being in pain. I had gone through perimenopause at 21. I couldn’t digest food. My body was shutting down. That desire to heal became the gateway. And that path took me into the mind-body connection, and eventually into the spiritual journey. And every one of those hardships became the exact fire I needed to walk through to become who I am today. So we ask ourselves—can we spiritually grow without going through such hard lessons and heartbreak? Is there a way to move through life not with constant resistance, but with a sense of ease? In this episode, I explore that question and everything that’s come up for me during this big transition. I am looking to learn more about homeopathic medicine and saw Sahara's bio come up for integrated nutrition. I love to hear about how people are authentically using their story and gifts to make a living. After listening to her podcast despite differences in words that I would use and she uses to describe the spiritual calling and capability with in us I was totally in agreement with the limitless of what we can accomplish and how mundane distractions can really have a bigger meaning and semblance of discomfort towards greatness and the work that goes along with it.
I appreciated listening and got a good nugget from her work.

It's hard for me to feel cynical when I listen to the podcast. Sahara Rose's perspective is realistic, unflinching, optimistic, spiritual, and sensual. I don't always agree with her beliefs, but I can respect them and incorporate their core truths into my own belief system.

What I’d LIKE to hear about is the effect (if any) of anxiety medications and adhd medications (separately and together) on spirituality. Does it change the relationship or perspective? Do I not connect as much with myself when medicated? Does this “mute” the 3rd eye? Is adhd a sub effect of earth life as a human or a spiritual effect?
