 In today's episode I chat with one of my very first mentors in the Health and Fitness industry, Tory Trewhitt. Tory recently published his first book - Blokes Inc. Play a Bigger Game which quickly became an amazon best-seller. After building an incredible life for himself and his family in the health industry, Tory made a decision to pursue a new business venture which eventually turned his life upside down. After experiencing the darkest period of his life and eventually chopping off 3 fingers inside his new hospitality shop, Tory realised he'd hit rock bottom and made the convicted decision to change and rebuild his life based off his values and the knowledge he has accumulated over the years of helping people live their healthiest and best lives.
