Adepero Oduye, who gave a breakout performance as the star of Dee Rees’ Pariah, hails from Brooklyn, New York by way of Nigeria and is a Cornell University graduate. Her film credits include The Big Short and Twelve Years A Slave. Theater credits include Mfoniso Udofia's Her Portmanteau at The New York Theater Workshop, and The Trip to Bountiful on Broadway. Most recently: Ava Duvernay's When They See Us for Netflix, Marvel's The Falcon and The Winter Soldier for Disney+ and Five Days at Memorial for Apple TV+. To Be Free, her second short film as director and writer, has recently been added into the Smithsonian National Museum of African American History and Culture's permanent collection. The short stars Ms. Oduye as Nina Simone.

A native of New Jersey, Dolly Lewis is an actor and jazz singer based in New York City. A graduate of The Esper Studio, she played the lead role of Olivia in the award-winning The Dutchman’s Pipe (2021) and is slated to play the lead role of Jennifer in the dystopian drama The Obelisk, an upcoming feature directed by Béla Baptiste.

Deven Kolluri is a NY based multi-hyphenate theatre and filmmaker. His work has been seen Off-Broadway in Drunk Enough to Say I Love You?, The Boy Who Danced on Air and The Gentleman Caller as well as at numerous theatres across the country. Deven recently workshopped a new play co-written with brother Derek Kolluri at The Public Theatre in NYC which was previously developed with ART Portland. Erin Cherry is an Emmy Award winning actress (Best Supporting) for the role of Brenda on the Emmy Award winning show After Forever now playing on Amazon Prime. She has appeared in theaters in New York and across the country including Manhattan Theatre Club, The Guthrie Theater, Hartford Stage, Denver Center, New York Stage and Film, Capitol Rep, St. Louis Rep (to name a few). Rolonda also played 10 different roles in three different plays simultaneously in The Till Trilogy at the Mosaic Theater in Washington, DC. All three plays are recommended for the prestigious Helen Hayes Award.

I thought this story was quite original entertaining and binge worthy. Rae is brilliant, unethical and clearly a master manipulator. I Can’t wait to see how much this story will continue to develop.

The synopsis of this really interested me so I decided to give it a go and I am so happy that I did!

The episodes are really good- this coming from a person that does not enjoy multi-cast anything.
The story was really griping, and I am hoping that there is more.

I absolutely loved I Think You're Projecting. Beware - once you start you won't be able to stop!! The writing and the acting is incredibly good. It's smart, funny, steamy, and moving. This was my first experience with a fiction podcast and I'm hooked.

This story did not go the way I thought it would go. I was expecting a mental health provider to overstep some boundaries and some feelings to get hurt. At worst, a therapist who was psychopathic. I did not expect this. I hope there is a season two because this story cannot end like this.

The narration and the sound effects are great. The music hyped up the suspense. The other sound effects added more to the vagueness of the scene. I want more of this. I need more of this.

The actions of everyone involved were questionable, but I was invested in this story. Did I mention I want to hear more? This was a good quick listen. I'm telling everyone!

not what I was expecting when I first picked up the podcast. but pleasantly pleased by the narration, the story and the uniqueness of the setting. only downside would be the portrayal of the characters as flawed but to ve fair their flaws made the story beautiful.

a nice ride down the dark road with some really cool twist

I am always amazed by how many people are involved in one of these book productions. At the credits, there seemed to be about 30 names mentioned. That’s a lot of people for one Audio production.
The production is an amoral demonstration, of people gone very off the rails of decency. There is no redeeming factor, or moral individual. All are bad. All are decrepit. I’m not sure where to start, the fact that the police are led totally astray, is nothing new, as they are usually clueless to the true perpetrators. Here is an example of where the main protagonist does everything possible wrong, and does so knowingly and for the wrong reasons. Her crimes become known to multiple people, yet she still manages to get away with it. I am not sure how the outcome could have been worse for all sides...
The acting, as well as the sound effects are outstanding, though. As well as the ability to give sound to a heartbeat, or even to stimulation. I would not listen to this again.
