Plano Parks and Recreation is beginning a phased reopening process. Decisions on phasing, including what facilities to open and availability of amenities, prioritized the safety of patrons and employees.

Ron Smith, Parks and Recreation Director, and Susie Hergenrader, Recreation Services Manager, join Steve Stoler and Shannah Hayley on the podcast to discuss reopening plans. They talk through the challenges with reopening safely, explain what changes patrons should expect when they show up to work out, and answer frequently asked resident questions.
