[Interview] Episode 62: Navigating Your Own Mental Health Journey with Megan Eddinger

  • Summary

  • For Mental Health Awareness Month we talk to Megan, who is an amazing person. She is so real and raw when it comes to her anxiety, panic attacks, and all mental health struggles all while navigating being a mom!

    More about Megan:

Megan is a 35 year old mom of 3 married to her high school sweetheart. She first became a mom just 2 weeks after her 18th birthday and had her last baby at just 23 years old. She was thrown into motherhood before she really had a chance to figure out who she was.
Megan shares openly about her experience
with anxiety and depression and how taking care of her physical health impacts
her mental health and vice versa. She was once an overwhelmed mom of 3 who had
no idea who she was or what she needed to be fulfilled to now prioritizing self
care and good mental hygiene to be the best mom and wife that she can be.

Her life has been everything but traditional
and she shares all the ups and downs with raw transparency. Her ultimate goal
is to normalize all the parts of motherhood that no one tells you about so that
other moms don't feel so alone in their own journeys.
