I was ghosted today, I meant to record a podcast with someone, but they never turned up - so I thought I would talk about ghosting, what its like, my opinion on different types of ghosting - and how to circumnavigate it in life - especially recruitment... off the back of this ironic ghosting.

I also talk about the consequences of ghosting in recruitment.

Once a year, I try to do a solo podcast with my thoughts about the world of recruitment, life, and its meaning. In this podcast, I talk about how the 2023 market seems to be different, but then give my thoughts on why candidates are not moving. I also link a few thoughts on why we recruiters have a different outlook on life.
