Today we have the unique pleasure of talking to Joey Richardson, the distributor principle for UpexOrtho, an Arizona based distributorship focused on upper extremity products. Joey and I both worked at Wright Medical, which got acquired by Stryker 3+ years ago. Joey was the presidents club winner around that time and had been recently promoted to the Regional Manager for Shoulder Arthroplasty Sales. He then went to Depuy to support their shoulder portfolio, but when they decided to make their reps 1099, he just decided to start his own distributorship and now supports FX Shoulder.
