This was so moving. It really was a conversation I and I’m sure many are starving for. As a 54 year old women I need to know how to navigate the years ahead. I need to know how to prepare and what not to fear. Julia asked essential questions about aging, relationships, different stages of life, regrets, health, sex, body image. I loved hearing from Jane that what keeps us young is trying new things. Get out of your comfort zone. And be healthy. Stay fit, keep moving.
