Karen is the Director of Learning and Leadership Development at Medtronic, a Global medical technology company with over 90,000 employees located in 150 countries worldwide. Medtronic’s mission is to contribute to human welfare and transform healthcare by providing solutions and technology that alleviate pain, restore health, and extend life.
As one of the leading manufacturers of ventilators, Medtronic has been at the frontline of COVID-19. As the head of their coaching Center of Excellence, Karen was able to shift their deployment of coaches to meet the immediate needs of frontline leaders and help sustain and deepen their resilience through the crisis.
