Great for my 7 year old

I got this to help my daughter (7) when she’s anxious before bed. We listened to the “secret tree house” in the afternoon and “rested” and she thought it was a little silly and was giggling. But before bed she asked if we could listen to it again and she was so calm, relaxed and I think it did the trick. Looking forward to listening to the other episodes. I loved that she requested it, definitely helped soothe her.

i loved the music it was so nice and calming.

it helps me sleep so well it just calms me down,but the story wasn't the best
