Her love of pastries and wealth of knowledge from generation of tips, techniques, and ingredients is poured into her book, German Heritage Baking: Time-Honored Recipes, Traditional Techniques, and Culinary Secrets, where she shares recipes such as Almond Hazelnut Mini Tarts, Apfelstrudel (Apple Strudel), Traditional German Cheesecake with Quark, Black Forest Torte, and more!
