But the convenient location isn’t the only factor that shaped his relationship to surfing. Kolohe's dad and early coach, Dino Andino, is also a well-known surfer who competed in the nascent era of professional surfing. This episode, host Peter Flax explores the passionate relationship between father and son—the parallels and at times, tension—bound by a love for the water.
