Special episode on PAWS (Post-Acute Withdrawal Syndrome). Nick B. discusses his three ibogaine treatments to address his kratom addiction. Nick on confronting the root of addiction: “Odds are your drug addiction comes from some sort of trauma… really try to focus on your traumas. It took me a long time to realize that.” On not doing it alone: “Ask for help. It sucks. It’s embarrassing… but I can guarantee you will feel so much better after you ask for help. So much better.”

Honest Negative Kratom Experiences

There is much bad faith and gaslighting from the industry and some advocates who insist only praise for this plant. If you actually listen to this podcast, you will hear a self-help volunteer team trying to assist others who have been addicted to kratom and can't quit. They make it clear it should not be banned, but there needs to be better warnings and regulations, and the industry should be less predatory.

The hosts acknowledge the potential harm reduction and therapeutic benefits of the herb. The reality is kratom can end up being a very problematic transfer or new addiction for many people, one that costs money and health, and can lead to relapse to more dangerous substances. Keep up this important work and we will keep listening.

Bitter and dangerous

Garbage 'info', and the whole pod is a joke. Kratom has saved so many lives. You're a laughingstock, and maybe someday you'll see that. Probably not, your ridiculous ego trip would never allow it.
