Un premier stage de six jours en formation intensive à l’IFS (Internal Family System) à achevé de me convaincre de la pertinence du modèle mis au point par Richard Schwarz, un psychologue américain spécialisé dans les relations familiales et systémiques. En considérant que l’esprit humain contient par nature un nombre indéterminé de sous-personnalités, constituant un système dont la cohérence est garantie par la présence de l’énergie du Self - notre sagesse innée - Schwarz et son équipe ont produit une formidable machine à se raconter des histoires qui marchent et nous remettre sur le chemin de l’amour de soi.

An initial six-day intensive training course in IFS (Internal Family System) convinced me of the relevance of the model developed by Richard Schwarz, an American psychologist specialized in family and systemic relationships. Considering that the human mind inherently contains an indeterminate number of sub-personalities, constituting a system whose coherence is guaranteed by the presence of the energy of the Self - our innate wisdom - Schwarz and his team have produced a formidable machine for telling stories that work and putting us back on the road to self-love.

Dans ce premier épisode de la troisième saison de mon podcast, je reviens sur l’immersion à laquelle je viens de participer en Angleterre, la 20ème organisée par mon coach Ankush Jain, dont je suis devenu l’apprenti au début du mois. Ces immersions sont des moments aussi inoubliables qu’indescriptibles pour nous ancrer dans la compréhension des 3 Principes de la psychologie humaine. J’en reviens encore plus résolu à créer cela pour la francophonie, car taire cette découverte serait comme faire preuve de l’arrogance ultime.

In this first episode of the third season of my podcast, I look back at the immersion I've just taken part in England, the 20th run by my coach Ankush Jain, whose apprentice I became at the beginning of the month. These immersions are moments as unforgettable as they are indescribable, anchoring us in our understanding of the 3 Principles of Human Psychology. I come away even more determined to create this for the French-speaking world, because to keep silent about this discovery would be to show the ultimate arrogance.
