  • The end of the semester is near and we are all dragging ourselves toward the finish line. If you're feeling exhausted, I hope this episode will encourage you. At one point, self care started to feel like another set of tasks on my already-overwhelming to do list. While I believe in vacations, manicures, saying no, and all of the things that we talk about related to self care, I needed something deeper. For me, that was changing my mind a bit to think about soul care. In this episode, I share 4 keys to soul care that I have learned along the way: therapy, breathing, sleep, and prayer/meditation.
