Her company teaches geographically distributed teams how to work and communicate more effectively using Agile thinking and design methodology.  In addition to her work as a remote work pioneer, for more than a decade, she has been working as a developer, strategist, agile coach, international keynote speaker, and host of the wildly popular Remote Forever Summit which has seen more than 10,000 people in attendance. About Molood
I am particularly interested in coaching and teaching distributed organizations and teams. I have experience in coaching managers, leaders, and agile development teams in both collocated and remote teams to contribute to creating great products. I am interested in teaching and coaching the concepts and practices of lean and agile, team dynamics, leadership, how to create high-performing teams, introducing alternative metrics, motivating employees, self-leadership, and many more self-development and team-improvement subjects.

I usually take a holistic view of the organizations I help, therefore I often end up improving the organizations at a large scale rather than sub-optimizing teams within the organizations. I actively participate in agile events; I’ve spoken at several agile events about different topics around agile.
