With a background in both conventional and holistic medicine, Dr. Cowan offers a common-sense, deeply informed perspective on health, rooted in decades of practice, study, and lived experience. Dr. Cowan is a founding board member and current vice president of the Weston A. Price Foundation, and he advocates for whole-body wellness, regenerative agriculture, and restoring our connection to natural health.
