Good place to go for the daily news about the duck

I love the format of the locked on network, providing a quick 30 minute rundown on the news of you're favorite teams. This is the only daily podcast I've been able to find on the Anaheim Ducks. Every other podcast I've been able to find is over an hour long with episodes dropping only once or twice a week. While the host isn't my favorite, he does keep you informed on the news of the day.
