The Tennessee Titans official schedule drops on Wednesday and it would be incredible if we got a primetime matchup between Cam Ward and Shedeur Sanders! There are other matchups that would be fun to see in prime time for the Titans as well like the Houston Texans or Los Angeles Rams. Every year the NFL has teams close the season against a division opponent and rarely has it been the Indianapolis Colts for the Titans, but that is exactly who they should hope to see in the finale this year. Finally, the Titans have had early bye weeks for a few years and it would be nice to reverse that trend immediately.

The Tennessee Titans had rookie mini-camp over the weekend and Cam Ward was impressive. It is just another example of Ward being off to a perfect start to begin his Titans career. Yes, it is just summer camp, but the Titans have a slew of rookie horror stories from this time of year over recent drafts. Part of that perfect start is Brian Callahan setting Ward up for success. On the field, Cam Ward needs to correct some mechanical issues, but all of it seems to be simple lower body stuff to adjust to his new offense. That is a far cry from the changes we saw this time last year from Will Levis. Finally, the Titans must build a scheme that fits Ward's strengths and to do so, Callahan has catalogued all of Ward's college plays to know exactly how to proceed.

The Tennessee Titans held their rookie mini-camp over the weekend and Cam Ward was a shining star during the process. While it may just be rookie camp, and the Titans weren't going all out, Ward checked the boxes he needed to for the event. Along with Ward, his teammate in college, Xavier Restrepo, was the most impressive of the offensive skill position players at camp, bringing a polished skillset that Titans fans expected when he was brought in. Gunnar Helm and Femi Oladejo also impressed during camp. Finally, while rookie camp doesn't tell us much, Titans fans should absolutely still enjoy it and get excited for the future. It may not be the deciding factor in these players' careers, but every thing does matter and hard work pays off.
