New episode of Love&BLoved Platform! I’m so excited to present last episode of 5-week series: “The Wellness Blueprint: Aligning Mind, Body, Heart, and Spirit.” Episode #5 The Whole You: Integrating Mind, Body, Heart, and Spirit.

I’ve partnered with Sara she is a Movement Specialist. She has over two decades of coaching experience in the fitness and wellness industry. Sara has created straightforward tools, helpful info, and supportive coaching to help you reach your goals, one step at a time - even when it is hard.

I’m Lena Cebula, Certified Life Coach. I help women navigate major life changes, both personal and professional, turning challenges into opportunities for lasting transformation.

This is the most frequently asked question: “How do I stay consistent with building a new habit when life keeps throwing curveballs at me?”

One Common Myth or can easily be a limiting belief About staying consistent with building a new habit: is that you need to be highly motivated to succeed.

In reality: Motivation fluctuates, but habits are built through discipline and routine. Relying on motivation alone can lead to inconsistency. Instead, creating a structured plan, setting reminders, and making the habit easy to follow will help you stay on track even when motivation is low.

Tool: Daily Reflection. Ask yourself 2 questions at the end of the day: “What went well today?” and “What’s one thing I can improve tomorrow?”

Strategy: Habit Stacking – attach wellness practices (like positive affirmations) to existing habits, e.g., saying affirmations while brushing your teeth.

New episode of Love&BLoved Platform! I’m so excited to present this very special 5-week series to you: “The Wellness Blueprint: Aligning Mind, Body, Heart, and Spirit.” Today is Episode #4 Rooted in Faith: Cultivating Spiritual Wellness for Inner Strength.

I’ve partnered with Sara so we can kick off this year by creating a blueprint that will help you thrive in 2025. Sara is Movement Specialist.

On today’s episode, we are going to share:
    1. Connection with your faith.
    2. Relationship with God.
    3.Sharing practical tools and strategies.

One Common Myth or can easily be a limiting belief About Cultivating Spiritual Wellness: “Cultivating spiritual wellness requires perfection or being highly religious.”

In reality: Spiritual wellness is not about being perfect or follow strictly religious rules. Instead, it’s about developing a personal connection with your faith, building relationship with God, finding meaning and purpose, and aligning your actions with your core values. It’s a journey, not a destination, and you can start where you are, no matter of your background or level of knowledge.

    Tool: Daily Reflection Journal.
Use a journal to reflect on your thoughts, emotions, and experiences. Write down moments of gratitude, prayers, or insights about your faith journey. This practice fosters self-awareness and helps you recognize spiritual growth over time.

Strategy: Start Small with Consistent Practices.
Begin with small, manageable actions to cultivate spiritual wellness, such as setting aside 5-10 minutes each day for prayer or reading scripture. Consistency is key—these small practices will gradually deepen your connection to your faith.

    ALPHA coarse.
Alpha is a series of sessions exploring the Christian faith. Each talk looks at a different question around faith and is designed to create conversation.

New episode of Love&BLoved Platform! I’m so excited to present this very special 5-week series to you: “The Wellness Blueprint: Aligning Mind, Body, Heart, and Spirit.” Today is Episode #3 Heart-Centred Healing: Nurturing Emotional Wellness in Challenging Seasons.

I’ve partnered with Sara so we can kick off this year by creating a blueprint that will help you thrive in 2025. Sara is Movement Specialist.

On today’s episode, we are going to share:
    1. You have to feel to heal.
    2. Healthy ways to process feelings.
    3.Sharing practical tools and strategies.

One Common Myth or can easily be a limiting belief About Emotional Health Is: That feeling negative emotions like sadness, anger, or anxiety means you’re weak or broken.

In reality, experiencing negative emotions is a natural part of being human and can be an important signal that something in your life needs attention or change. Emotional health is not about avoiding negative feelings but about understanding, managing, and learning from them.

Tool: Gratitude Journal – I encourage you to write down three things you are grateful for every day to shift your focus from problems to gratitude.

Strategy: Reframe Setbacks – Ask yourself, “What is this challenge teaching me?” instead of focusing on failure.

Mindset Shift Activity: To re-frame fear of failure:

    • Think of a time you “failed” but actually learned or grew from the experience.
    • Write down one key lesson or strength that came out of that moment.
