The “HOW”

First I absolutely LOVE Hoda and how authentic and sincere she is. I am going through a season of life where this podcast has changed my POV and I am able to look at things from a different perspective. Not always residing in the emotional but learning to be open, honest, and realistic about not only where I am but who should be in my life! Thank you Hoda!!!! #seasons

I kinda want to cry

This is the best mental health booster podcast I have EVER listened to!!! I love that I can relate to so many people and what they say about life.

Dear Hoda,

If you do read this I have a question, when you've grown up and moved on from the trauma in your life but you see a family member who hasn't and doesn't want the help - how do you deal with being around them and loving them so much but there's nothing you can do that will help them?

Learning to be Who You Are

Whatever your spirituality looks like, Vanzant shows you that you have room to grow. For me, she showed that there is time to re-find myself and make the necessary changes to become the person I am meant to be.
