  • Reflect Instead of React
    Apr 23 2025
As John Maxwell says, all is well that begins well and all is well that ends well — reflection is key to ending well! In this episode, John shares what his reflection path looks like and helps you understand why reflection is so important when it comes to success in leadership. After his lesson, Mark Cole takes what John has shared and offers you practical ways to implement it into your own life and leadership. Great Information!

Wow! This is great information that all leaders should be required to study! Having experienced both sides, as I'm sure most of you have, of following and leading...I've learned mostly from experiencing bad leadership/management. I hope to never lose trust from my team, and to not only retain the best of the best, but that the environment draws the best of the best. Servant leadership is key!

Well done!!

Flying back home from Pittsbugh today I listened to this podcast. Can't tell you how many notes I took but it truly fired me up! one of the key takeaways for me was what Mark said about the fulfillment from teaching others and watching the lights go on! For some reason I could never put my finger on why I truly enjoyed leading. That was it for me!! Could tell that Mark was really expressing his true self here. The other piece was we become fully alive when we know what you were created to be. Great stuff!! Man, this podcast was outstanding and thank you for all your hard work to make these episodes happen. I am a life long learner!!!
