Wow! This is great information that all leaders should be required to study! Having experienced both sides, as I'm sure most of you have, of following and leading...I've learned mostly from experiencing bad leadership/management. I hope to never lose trust from my team, and to not only retain the best of the best, but that the environment draws the best of the best. Servant leadership is key!

Great Information!

Flying back home from Pittsbugh today I listened to this podcast. Can't tell you how many notes I took but it truly fired me up! one of the key takeaways for me was what Mark said about the fulfillment from teaching others and watching the lights go on! For some reason I could never put my finger on why I truly enjoyed leading. That was it for me!! Could tell that Mark was really expressing his true self here. The other piece was we become fully alive when we know what you were created to be. Great stuff!! Man, this podcast was outstanding and thank you for all your hard work to make these episodes happen. I am a life long learner!!!

Well done!!
