The second of these two special episodes sees us talking to the mental health professionals. In this episode, I discuss the mental health challenges of lockdown and modern life Tanya Morgan and Harriet Summerfield. We cover counselling options, wellbeing, self-care and healthy routines.

This is a bonus episode for season 2. Season 3 will return in October 2023 when we’ll be talking to Joe Hillcox about music, games, and joining the force.
