The UFC makes it's way to Utah for UFC 307. The card is a bit of a weird one in that it has a main event with a title challenger ranked 8th in the division and a title fight in a division that has very little interest or structure. On top of that, we have a fair number of older fighters fighting at altitude.

The UFC Came to Paris and Renato Moicano played a major spoiler card in the main even with a result I doubt anyone saw coming. Not that he would win but in the manner? Shocking.

Nassourdine Imavov took another step towards a title contender's resume while having a performance that inspires little faith he can actually compete for one. And a number of French and otherwise prospects made their next steps towards UFC fame.

The UFC heads to Paris for some of that fine French Cuisine. Some of the best France has to offer are on the card and top to bottom for a none PPV we are in for a quality show.

The Main Event sees the continue rise of the Violent Force that is Benoit Saint Denis against Money Moicano in a rankings relevant fight and the co-main has the chance to spring either Nassourdine Imavov or Brendan Allen into legit title contention at 185.

UFC Noche was apparently amazing live and I appreciated the effort to make the card feel unique as a PPV Product. The fights were very good and exciting on the undercard but then we hit the co-main and the main event....

And those top fights were let's be honest not the strongest. We have 2 new champions including a return to the belt for Valentina Shevchenko. I'll quickly recap Bellator but I haven't seen all of it.

It's the UFC's time at the Sphere and they have promised a grand production! I'm looking forward to it even if I find the card (for such a momentous event) a bit lacking. Still there are good fights both from an analytical standpoint and a violence standpoint. And of course relevant to their divisions and 2 title fights.

We had UFC, Bellator and ONE action this week.

ONE was probably the most impactful from the Kickboxing/Muay Thai world. 2 of Britain's biggest names, Liam Harrison and Jonathan Haggerty fell in defeat and we got a classic John Lineker being one of the most violent brawlers alive.

Over in the UFC Sean Brady caught Gilbert Burns at a good time in the fall and Natlia Silva continues to be a real threat at Women's Flyweight.

Over in Bellator the Usman Nurmagomedov run continues and Lorenz Larkin caughts another body.
