One of my favorite pod cast. Lots of great info, fact checked, humor and guys that are willing to admit when they are wrong, brag when they are right. But most of all, an overall great listen. Always makes my mornings a little bit easier. Now if I would just follow their advise.......

Great Podcast!

I can't believe no one has written a review yet, but this is a great podcast. The 3 hosts have decades of personal training experience, and they make fitness very easy to understand. I highly recommend!!

I’ve been listening to Mind Pump almost every day now for 2 years on Spotify. I searched Sal’s name in audible for his new book and was surprised to see the podcast here! Figured I had to write a review here.
These guys have kept me entertained and learning something new every day. This is literally the only podcast I haven’t gotten tired of after a while. My husband and I have several of their programs. I utilize their calculators and YouTube channel and other free content weekly. You won’t regret giving them a listen

Favorite podcast of all time is on audible?!

thank you for teaching me what the processed meat industry is up to.

listening to the young lady on the call was like listening to myself. I am so thankful you all are sharing this message to pull back in cases like hers (and mine). My body changed for the better once I pulled running from my stenuous routine already. My trainer was telling me I was doing too much. I, like the caller, need movement daily for my mental health and have found body weight exercised to be a game changer. thanks for sharing.

so relatable

I like all the info not only for myself, but information i can pass on to others. thanks so much.

always great information

Tuned in after hearing one of the guys in another podcast, he sounded interesting. Unfortunately they lean hard into conspiracy theories about everything from raw milk to vaccines to Bill Gates, and that was just listening to a few. Not what I want in a workout podcast.

politics disguised as workout podcast

2133 episode I listened to had nearly nothing to do with "building abs" and "ideal body". aside from a couple product plugs this podcast was nearly worthless for anything health related. 55 minutes in gave some very basic core training tips & a Q/A from emails

not related at all to title
