    In this episode we're pleased to welcome Tajali Theresa Tolan, MS

    Tajali is a Certified Mindfulness Educator, Peace Educator, Marriage and Family Therapist, Family Life Educator, and Registered Yoga Teacher. She is the founder of both the Children’s Global Peace Project and The Consciousness Project–an Empowerment Life Coaching Counseling Business. She holds an MS in Educational Psychology and BS in Family Life Education.

    Tajali is passionate about teaching social-emotional, awareness and mindfulness skills. She specializes in creative expression, communication, healthy parent-child relationships and peace work. Over the course of 3o years, she has developed and led 35 children’s peace camps. Tajali is a certified Dances of Universal Peace Leader and Mentor, on the Board of DUPNA (Dances of Universal Peace North America). She is an ordained minister (Cheraga) in the Church of All, leading Universal Worship Services.

    Tajalii is a certified mindfulness educator and peace educator. In this episode she shares her experiences and insights on death and dying. She first became aware of death at a young age and was fascinated by the concepts of heaven, hell, and purgatory. Throughout her life, she has witnessed the deaths of loved ones and worked with people who were dying. Tajalii emphasizes the importance of holding space for others and being present with them during the dying process. She also discusses the death of the ego and the fear of not living a meaningful life. Tajalii's work as a coach and counselor focuses on helping individuals recognize their own worth and contribution. She teaches mindfulness in schools and creates art as a form of healing and support for those in the dying process. Tajalii encourages listeners to reflect on their own lives and bring more reverence to themselves and others.
