The program, Empower, will be a lifting program for females focusing on the squat, bench, and deadlift. Under his guidance, they will get training and form advice as they work towards the opportunity to compete at a powerlifting meet, or just see what their bodies are capable of. For those who haven't been exposed to this style of training, but would like to get stronger and focus more on the barbell lifts, this is a great opportunity!
