How we doing good people?! After two years away to live (and survive) life, we're back on the couch. It's also our anniversary, FOUR WHOLE YEARS, since the very first episode went live and a whole year since the last episode. We've laughed, cried and sat in the truth and I know I'm better for it. Time has passed but this space remains and I hope you'll join me here as I catch you all up and we dive into the present. This is our 7th season, the number of completion and while we're no where near the end, it's a beautiful chance to reminisce as we prepare for all that comes next, so get comfortable and join me on the couch!
