Audrey Muhammad is a writer, educator, fitness instructor, and inspirational speaker, best known as the founder of Mothers of Civilization Day, a national day honoring the value of women. She’s the author of five books, including Rhymes of the Times and Mothers of Civilization, and publishes Virtue Today Magazine, inspired by Proverbs 31. Her work has been featured in The Final Call and she hosts the online talk show Virtue Live!. With degrees in psychology, English, and a doctorate from Wilmington University, Dr. Muhammad travels nationally and internationally to empower others through workshops on mindset, fitness, and goal setting.
