I made this episode because as we approach the new year and set goals for ourself we should keep a few things in mind:
- Change takes time and consistency.
- It's okay to fall short sometimes
- We are not in competition with anyone but the people we were the day before.
Also trying to change a lot of things at once can be not only overwhelming but also discouraging. It's best to focus on one thing at a time I would suggest trying to focus on one thing at a time for a month and just add on as you continue to form new habits. Have some grace and take time with yourself.
