    Little Kitty Big City is an open world adventure game where you play as a small house cat who has fallen off of their cozy window perch and finds themselves on the streets of the big city. You have to get home, but the climb back up to your perch seems so daunting! But thankfully there are unexpected friends awaiting you in the urban sprawl. With the help of Crow, Tanuki, and a cast of other cute and quirky creatures, can you make it back home? In Episode 35 of No Small Games, OlivesCrossing joins Kate and Emily to talk about Little Kitty Big City. The three share their favorite characters to befriend and talk about what their cat personality was in the game. Most importantly, you'll hear about their favorite hats!   • Ep. 34 - The Cosmic Wheel Sisterhood

    In The Cosmic Wheel Sisterhood, developed by Deconstructeam and published by Devolver Digital, you play as Fortuna, a witch who has been banished to one thousand years of isolation on her asteroid home. In a moment of desperation, Fortuna makes the dangerous and illegal decision to summon the behemoth Abramar. Abramar presents her with an opportunity for freedom, and also a heavy cost. Through this new partnership, Fortuna also learns to craft a new deck of power divination cards, which you will get to wield as you read into the future of your friends, acquaintances, and allies. In episode 34 of No Small Games, Kate and Emily discuss their experience playing the interactive fiction title, The Cosmic Wheel Sisterhood. You'll learn who connected most to this story, and to which characters. The two compare notes on their deckbuilding strategies and how they chose to build their divination cards. Most importantly, you'll find out what fates befell Fortuna in each of their (drastically different) playthroughs.

Fields of Mistria offers many of the classic experiences that farming sim fans know and love, with some unexpected twists that elevate the gameplay (no, really, have you talked to the dragon statue yet?). In Episode 33 of No Small Games, MintendoGaming joins Kate and Emily to talk about this year's Early Access farming sim that has swept the cozy gaming community like wildfire! The three discuss which of the mechanics hit for them, and which fell flat. Of course, they had to share their list of favorite local cuties to romance.   • Ep. 32 - Vampire Therapist feat. Cyrus Nemati, Little Bat Games

    Vampire Therapist is a narrative adventure where you play as a vampire-cowboy therapist-in-training, and is the debut title from Little Bat Games. You play as Sam Walls, American cowboy, traveling to Germany in search of your new mentor, Andromachos. Andromachos intends to teach Sam the ways of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and start him on his way to helping many other vampires on their mental health journeys. We laughed, we cried, and we learned a heck of a lot about ourselves and the funny ways vampires (and humans) think! In Episode 32 of No Small Games, Kate and Emily break down their experiences and takeaways from playing Vampire Therapist. Turns out, a game about therapy is a powerful concept, and both hosts had pretty profound experiences playing this very unique game. A special game requires a special episode, so stay tuned through the end for a special interview with Cyrus Nemati, the Creative Director of Little Bat Games, and the primary developer of Vampire Therapist!

In Episode 31 of No Small Games, Esnueil (or Essy, for shot) joins Kate and Emily to talk about Cozy Caravan, the very first Early Access game covered int he podcast. They discuss their likes and dislikes among the unique and innovative features of this management sim game. A striking resemblance to a certain 2023 cozy life sim brings up some unpleasant memories for the three.
