About this listen

First, the plaintiff is a model and videographer. She says she was hired by the defendants to create a promotional video for the defendants’ restaurant, but they kept changing their minds about what they wanted. The plaintiff says the defendants have paid her, so she’s suing for time wasted and what she’s owed. The defendants argue the video was nothing like what they discussed. Then, the plaintiffs, a husband and wife, rented a room in the defendant’s rental property, but when they arrived, it reeked of smoke. The wife has multiple sclerosis and can’t be around pollutants like smoke, so they’re suing for a refund. The defendant admits the room smelled bad. He claims he agreed to rent them around room, but then the wife started screaming at him. Don’t forget to rate and subscribe so you never miss an episode. Learn more about your ad choices.
