I love this podcast. Not only does it help people start running and complete running goals, but it also teaches you how to be kind to yourself and to learn about yourself. I love listening on my runs and I highly recommend!

upbeat encouragement

Especially enjoyed encouragement for older beginning runners. Started running at 70. Can do attitude.
